Assistant Designer to Sean Kenny, at Mermaid Theatre, and Stratford East Theatre. Designed costumes for productions of Treasure Island and Galileo. Assistant to Sean Kenny on the West End production of Oliver.
Won Arts Council Award for further study in design with English Stage Company, Royal Court Theatre. Worked under Jocelyn Herbert, Allen Tagg, Voitex and others. Designed Sunday night productions such as Wedekin’s Spring Awakening. Designed Skyvers.
Worked as Designer at Lamda (London), Dundee Rep. (Children’s Production funded by the Gulbenkian Foundation), Edinburgh Festival, Birmingham Rep. Worked as Assistant Designer for St. Joan of the Stockyard (West End) and The Seagull (West End). Directed Famine at the Duke of Wellington Theatre. Designed Joe Orton’s Good and Faithful Servant at the Old Red Lion.
Lectured in Theatre Design at Middlesex Polytechnic, Twickenham.
Design Tutor, Guildford School of Acting. Designed production of On the Town.
